clients informed of any changes in the regulations or legislation, which govern the
Health and
Dental Care providers in Arizona.
Recently such a change has
occurred. In 2007, the Arizona Legislature passed a statute
requiring
Offices, which utilized
Sedation,
including mild sedation, as part of
their performance of services to their patients, to have staffed
trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and CPR to be present
during and after a procedure.
